Brilee Meacham

Brilee joined the Browns Superior team in July of 2017

Brilee has always been interested in the food business because of the ways it can bring friends and family together.  He started cooking in high school and also included all of the nutrition and wellness classes and culinary arts classes that his school offered.  He obtained his Food Safety Certification through a program from culinary arts in which his teacher was actually a health department inspector during the prior years.  After he took the certification he then started working in the food industry as a cook for the nest 1 1/2 years.  While working there he met Homero who has been a great mentor to him.  After obtaining everything he could from that position then he was ready to learn more diversity and work in a more professional atmosphere.  Homero introduced Brilee to Brown's Superior and has helped to find the right place for him.  It is just the start of his career, but he is ready for the challenges and learning experiences that are to come that will help to build him into the chef that he would like to be one day.

Brilee  say that he was interest in taking this position with Brown's Superior because he felt as if he was at a stand still in his culinary career.  He had worked at a Tex-Mex restaurant for 1 1/2 years and felt his knowledge of the food was coming to an end.  Brown's Superior is giving him the chance to expand his culinary skills and continue to pursue his dreams.

Brilee says -- I am the type of person who wants to go above and beyond what is expected.  I want to be able to fulfill everything I'm expected to do and take it one step further.  I would also like to be a part of the already expanding company of Brown's Superior and help it grow even further than it has.

When asked what he likes most about working for Brown's Superior, Brilee said -- I like most that I am still able to work with the people that I enjoy working with the most.  I also enjoy the idea that I am almost running my own little business and the responsibility it comes with.

Brilee would also like to add -- I am a young hard working man who has the skill and the will to further my culinary skills.  One of my favorite dishes to make is Chilaquiles.  It is a Mexican dish that brings tortilla chips and salsa together in a way that is not seen very often.

We are very happy to have him as an important part of our team.
