Sergio Casas Alvarez

Sergio joined the Browns Superior team in August of 2017

Sergio  say that he was interest in taking this position with Brown's Superior because he wanted to try something new, new menus items, and people.  Change can be good -- one gets tired of doing the same thing over and over.

Sergio says that he wishes to improve and perfect his cooking skills to different types of food from different cultures.

When asked what he likes most about working for Brown's Superior, Sergio said -- I like all the new stuff that I can take in and learn.

We are very happy to have him as an important part of our team.
